We process and ship orders as soon as possible. Please note that orders are only processed between Monday to Friday. For more details, please review our Shipping Policy below.

Free Shipping

We offer free global shipping on all orders.
Please read the product description carefully prior to placing an order, as some products are only available in certain countries/regions. If the product you order does not ship to your country, we reserve the right to hold and cancel your order or provide you with a refund for that product only. 

Processing Time
All our products are made-to-order. This means that once you place an order, our team begins the process of creating your item, specifically for you. As a result, our standard processing time is 3 - 5 business days which includes preparing and shipping your order.

Delivery Times
Currently, we only offer free standard worldwide shipping.
Typically, this adds an additional 5 - 30 business days, depending on the destination country.
Orders within US, Canada, UK and Europe take 5-15 business days to arrive, on average.
Orders to other international destinations can take 15 - 30 business days to arrive.  

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on factors such as location, weather conditions and customs clearance. 

Shipping Address Verification
We highly recommend that you review and double-check the Shipping Address before placing an order, including apartment, unit and dorm numbers. We are no longer responsible for your package after it leaves our warehouse. 

Customs & Duties
We ship out orders from any of our facilities in the US, UK, EU and Canada depending on order destination, product availability and quickest delivery time.
Due to this, your order may be subject to additional tax, customs & duties. 
These are not in our control and are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office directly for any related queries. 

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking details via email allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment. 

Shipping Delays, Undelivered Items, Loss/Theft & Liability
We cannot be held liable for any delays, undelivered items, loss or theft caused by the shipping carrier or any other factors beyond our control.
If the shipping carrier is unable to complete the delivery, the package will be returned back to us. Only if this is an error on the carriers part, we will take full responsibility and cover the shipping fee when the item returns to us. This can take anywhere from 1 - 4 weeks, depending on delivery location. If this happens, we will send you a confirmation email when the package is ready to be reshipped. 

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or in case of loss or theft, please contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking number or your local post office promptly. 

Advance Orders
We highly recommend that customers place orders well in advance to allow for production and shipping times. By doing so, you can ensure that your orders arrive in time.
